Shipping
Average shipping and handling time is usually within 2-3 business days once payment has cleared. We will provide you order confirmation after purchase has been made, and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
All purchases include Free shipping, with UPS and Fedex as the preferred shippers. Please provide a phone number you can be easily reached at, during the ordering process, especially for large and higher priced items. This is for the sole purpose of providing the shipping company your contact information, in case they need to schedule delivery of your order with signature confirmation. If you do not provide a phone number you can be reached at, the order may be canceled and the product sent back, and you will incur a 30% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund you will receive. Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
Please inspect your purchased item upon delivery for shipping damage. Upon inspection, if damage appears to be caused by shipping, you should refuse the shipment and note the damage to the driver. Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance to make a claim. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please contact us within 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY to report any damage.
We only ship within the Continental United States.
Defective Products
All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. We cannot replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Please refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product/manufacturer defects.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days after delivery, for a refund. Regular refunds will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. Please be aware that, you must contact us for pre-approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, before a return can be processed. Shipping and Handling costs are NOT REFUNDABLE. Customer is RESPONSIBLE for ALL return shipping costs.
Once the RMA Number is issued, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days. The RMA number expires after 14 days and will not be renewed or extended. You are responsible for properly packing the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Returned products must be in a new, fully functional, and undamaged condition. All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.
Returns CANNOT be accepted for products that have damage caused by improper use, accident, fire, floods, acts of nature, or any damage cause by unauthorized modifications or improper installation.
Products with Return Restrictions: Portable Air Conditioners, Portable Air Coolers, and Heaters are only eligible for return within the first 15 days after delivery.
